The house by the sea

This is our beloved family summer house. Huset har en fantastisk beliggenhed på en meget stor naturgrund i et fredet klitområde. Det ligger helt ned til vandet. Et vidunderligt sted. In english : This is our much loved family summerhouse. The house has a fantastic location on a very large nature plot in a preserved area of dunes. It is positioned rigth next to the sea. A heavenly place of outstanding natural beauty. The space The special feature of this house is the unbeatable location. Det ligger helt ned til stranden. Det ligger tæt på Bratten strand, syd for Ålbæk. I et fredet klitområde. Helt uforstyrret og fredfyldt. Alt hvad man hører er havets brusen. Der er masser af muligheder for aktiviteter her på grunden og på stranden foran. Gåture på stranden. Svømme og lege i vandet. Spille strandtennis og fodbold. Spise på terrassen i klitterne med den smukkeste udsigt ud over havet og klitterne. Nyde et glas vin til solnedgangen. Huset har stort fælles område. Stue, spiseplads og køkken ud i et. Der er en brændeovn og en varmepumpe som giver god varme hvis man er der på de årstider. Der er fuldt udstyret køkken. 3 soveværelser, et med stor dobbeltseng og to med lille dobbeltseng plus en overkøje. Der er et badeværelse med brusebad. Her er også en vaskemaskine. In english : The special thing about this house is the unbeatable location. You are right on the beach. It is located close by Bratten, south of Aalbæk. In an area of preserved dunes. Totally undisturbed and peaceful. All you hear is the sea rolling in. There are a lot of activities possible right here on the plot and on the beach in front of the house. Walking along the beach. Swimming and playing in the water. Building sand castles. Playing beach tennis or footbal. Enjoying meals on the terrace in the dunes, with views over the sea and coastline. A glass of wine at sundown. The house has a lovely large living area. With kitchen, livingroom and dining area in open plan. There is a logburner and a heatpump/aircon for good heating. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking. There is a hob and oven. A fridge and freezer. The house has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed. And two bedrooms with two beds in each. There is a bathroom with a shower. And a washingmashine. Guest access You will have the whole house and the plot all for yourselves. Other things to note We don´t have a cleaner for this house. You have to clean the house before you leave. But then you save the cost of cleaning. Note also that there duvets and pillows. But you have to bring your own linnen and towels.
