A stone's throw from the ocean and the port of La Flotte, next to the nautical center, your car will remain in its dedicated space. House 66, 100m2, has its garden, not overlooked, but with direct view of the park wich offers; playground, petanque ground, heated & secure swimming pool . It has 3 double bedrooms with comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. The space The vacation home allows a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends in a secure, quiet and well-frequented residence. Away from the road, it offers the most beautiful location in the residence. Without neighbors and overlooking the park, you will find a playground, a petanque court and at the bottom of the park, at a distance, the heated and secure 20 m swimming pool. The house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance, closet with availability: bodyboards and beach umbrellas, a toilet. In the living room, around the functional fireplace, there is a desk, TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, sofa with trundle bed as needed. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room has a table for 6/8 people, a sofa, and in a large cupboard are stored all the necessary dishes and utensils for each meal, including a seafood platter. In the evening, the table will turn into a beautiful game table for the whole family. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, combined microwave oven, sink and everything you need for cooking and storage, a large volume refrigerator/freezer is in the back kitchen. The large terrace offers a 180° green view, not overlooked, with 1 garden table for 8 and 2 deckchairs, the enclosed garden is shaded by a beautiful umbrella pine. Upstairs the sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with double beds + bathroom with bathtub + toilet. A guest room with a double bed and large storage closets. The third bedroom offers 2 double beds and storage. A bathroom with shower and separate sink completes the floor. An unpretentious house, offering the comfort of a good base to explore Île de Ré. Guest access The house is available in full. On a keychain, the black badge allows the opening of the garage door in the basement of the residence where you can park your car in one of the 5 spaces by entering on the right. In the house, beach umbrellas, bodyboards, foam surfboards, games and puzzles are available on condition of respectful and responsible use, especially for surfing equipment. Their use is exclusively under the responsibility of the user. Be careful not to overestimate your conditions facing the ocean.
