Huge Sunny Penthouse on Golf Course

2745 sq. ft. penthouse overlooking El Tigre Golf Course and Sierre Madre mountains. Private community with pool and a short 10 minute walk to the beach! Enjoy a quiet and serene space and still have access to all that Nuevo Vallarta has to offer. Guest access Travellers can access the pools free of charge. For the club membership it is a minimum 14 day pass for reservations of 14 days or more, which is approximately $40 USD per adult and $30 for ages 2-11 (It is optional but please let us know beforehand so we can tell the property manager!). This includes the use of the gym, 3 spas, 50 percent off the green fees at El Tigre Golf Course and a free shuttle ride to the market, bank, and the Beach Club beach access, which is Playa Royale and includes a towel card (this ensures you are a 10 minute walk to the beach otherwise it is a 25 min drive to public beach access). The top section of the apartment is not wheelchair accessible however there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs alongside the kitchen/living room area and an outside terrace off of the living room that is accessible. Additionally, there is an elevator for the building from which to access the apartment floor. Smoking is permitted on the decks only. Please ensure the door is closed behind you when doing so and that you place the remains in a can or dish with a bit of water. Other things to note There are 3 Queen beds and 1 King size bed. In addition to this the sofas convert to 2 single beds as well, so we can accommodate 10 but 8 would be ideal for everyone to have a full bedroom area. After booking I will be contacting you for information (scans/fax of photo ID) in order to issue you gate passes to the property. It is a gated resort community with high security and these are required for access which means last-minute bookings are a bit difficult for us as the security office requires this information at least 24 hrs in advance to notify the correct people.
