Welcome to our lovely, light-filled hideaway and luxury showman wagon, nestled into the hillside with breathtakingly stunning views of the valley, gardens, and wild hillside meadows. Our home is part of the beautiful Newland Valley Estate and offers plenty of lovely little luxuries to make your stay unforgettable. Perfect for a tranquil escape, our home on the beautiful Newland Valley Estate offers delightful luxuries to make your stay unforgettable. This Hilly Haven has 3 comfortable rooms (2 kings and 1 bunk bed) with 2 bathrooms (one ensuite). Hilly Haven also has the option of a doublesofa bed in the lounge. Also included is Cavanilla, our delightful luxury Showman wagon. (1 Superking bed plus 2 small singles (suitable for children) Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, the living/dining area is spacious for family gatherings and cosy evenings. We live nearby to attend to guest's needs. Please enquire for more details on our all-inclusive offerings and experiences including catering and themed banquet meals. We have an additional property The Buttery (sleeps 10) on request. Outdoors: Hot tub, Seating area, Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, Kamado Egg BBQ, and Fire Bowl. Hire them all for £250 or just the Hot Tub for £160 Extra wood (£40/barrow) and charcoal (£25/bag) are available. - Dogs (small/medium) by request only. £100 per dog per night. No other pets allowed. We politely request that dogs do not go into carpeted areas (bedrooms) or into the wagon. We can offer an outbuilding for dogs too if this is preferred. - Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee Important Notes: - The property is not fully fenced; ponds and streams are present. - 11 pm outdoors noise curfew; no outdoor speakers or karaoke - Your hosts may ask you to keep down noise if they receive complaints. - No more guests allowed other than those booked via Airbnb - they will be turned away unless agreed beforehand. - We live on site on hand to attend to guest's needs.
