Our home is part of the beautiful Newland Valley Estate and offers plenty of lovely little luxuries to make your stay unforgettable. Sleeps 8 plus additional 2 on sofa bed (on request). This Hilly Haven has 3 comfortable rooms (2 kings and 1 bunk bed) with 2 bathrooms (one ensuite). Hilly Haven also has the option of a doublesofa bed in the lounge. Also included is Cavanilla, our delightful luxury Showman wagon. (1 Superking bed plus 2 small singles (suitable for children) Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, the living/dining area is spacious for family gatherings and cosy evenings. We live nearby to attend to guest's needs. Please enquire for more details on our all-inclusive offerings and experiences including catering and themed banquet meals. We have an additional property The Buttery (sleeps 10) on request. Outdoors: Hot tub, Seating area, Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, Kamado Egg BBQ, and Fire Bowl. Hire them all for £250 or just the Hot Tub for £160 Extra wood (£40/barrow) and charcoal (£25/bag) are available. Extra guests on request. Seasonal Glamping is occasionally available for a more immersive experience - please get in touch. - Pets are welcome for an extra fee - Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee Important Notes: - The property is not fully fenced; ponds and streams are present. - 11 pm outdoors noise curfew; no outdoor speakers or karaoke - Your hosts may ask you to keep down noise if they receive complaints. - No more guests allowed other than those booked via Airbnb - they will be turned away unless agreed beforehand. - We live on site on hand to attend to guest's needs.
