The space The cottage is a 2 story home with a full kitchen, and living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom on the second floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the basement. Other things to note Use caution walking up the stairs, the ceiling is low. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The bedroom facing the river doesn’t have blackout blinds or curtains. The bedroom facing the main road has blackout blinds out blinds and a sound machine. The driveway is steep. During the winter months a AWD or FWD vehicle is recommended. The property is located on the river and is not fenced off. The property is located on a main road, but is private.
