Whether you’re visiting Fugitive Beach, attending a graduation at the local Fort, visiting a college student, or perhaps you’re on a hunting trip, or fishing trip, we hope that you enjoy our little corner. You can enjoy the country while just 11 minutes from Walmart. As you enjoy your morning coffee you may hear a distant roster, or cow moo, or while you soak in the hot tub you could enjoy the song of a Whippoorwill night bird. The space The house consist of two bedrooms, and a pull out couch. The roomy bathroom with a gorgeous tile shower is upstairs, while the 1/2 bathroom is on the lower level. The fully furnished kitchen has what you need to cook up a yummy dinner. Other things to note We do have strict rules about NO PETS. There is no exception, we have some members in our family that have asthma and are severely allergic to dogs. Please respect this rule because we will report to Airbnb, charge extra fees and will block guest that break this rule from future stays. We are 11 minutes from Walmart, 14 minutes from Fugitive beach, and 10 minutes from the beautiful Lane Springs Park. But don’t forget about Vida Bridge which is only 4 minutes down the road. The town of Rolla has some delicious places to grab a bite to eat. Our top suggestion for the best burger in town is at Scruff’s Grill. Los Arcos is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Sybill’s and Spencer Manor are two lovely wineries in St James.
