Charming house in a bucolic setting

This spacious accommodation overlooking a large garden is in the quiet countryside, in the heart of the village. All amenities are a 5-minute drive away. This house is equipped with a remote working space. You will enjoy the comfort offered by the countryside while being close to Paris (1 hour by car via A10 or 45 minutes from Epernon train station). For bucolic walks, the forest is just behind. Other must-sees: Gallardon, Maintenon, Rambouillet and Chartres. The space My accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, none on the ground floor: 1 large spacious double bedroom with a dressing room. 1 small bedroom with a double bed. 1 small extra bedroom with a sofa bed. Very comfortable. Bathroom upstairs with toilet. And a toilet downstairs. There are two living rooms, a small reading corner and another attached to the open kitchen. There is no TV but a video projector available that you can connect to your computer. The garden is large with a terrace and has a barbecue. Mölkky game and badminton net with rackets possible. Guest access I will welcome you personally to my accommodation but I also have a key box if necessary for an autonomous arrival. Other things to note I count on guests to leave the place as clean as when they arrived.
