Perfect for business travelers or couples without children, it features a double bed, smart TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi. Here is a place of rest and tranquility, a corner of silence and peace. We'll be delighted to have you as a guest! The space Welcome to our mini loft! This is a 40 m² unit divided between a mezzanine (bedroom) and a ground floor (living room, kitchen and laundry area). The unit is very well equipped and should provide the necessary comfort for you to have an excellent stay in the capital of agribusiness. Located in the Jardim Itália III neighborhood, close to Unifasipe University (1.5 km), the fire department (1.7 km), OAB MT (1.6 km), the city center (4.5 km), the airport (5 km) and BR 163 (5.7 km). HERE YOU CAN ENJOY: - Smart TV with Netflix and our coffee corner. - 4-burner cooktop, large refrigerator and microwave oven. We have the necessary utensils for you to prepare that meal. - Clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom, dustpan, garbage bags, a large basket for storing bathroom and kitchen garbage, and some cleaning items that can help you during your stay. - Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap in the niche, next to the shower. Face and body towels and toilet paper are on the holder in the corner of the bathroom. - Double bed with a nightstand, where you can store small items such as wallet, books and leave your phone charging. - Desk with a very comfortable chair to serve as a home office. - A planned closet with hangers to receive your bags and clothes, extra items of layette, iron and ironing board. - 18,000-btu inverter air-conditioning designed to cool the entire environment evenly. - Electric fence and cameras scattered around the external environment for your safety and peace of mind. Guest access The entire outdoor area of the condominium (entrance gate and corridor) serves as access to the lofts. Thus, the common spaces are for the entry and exit of residents and guests. We do not offer indoor parking for Airbnb guests. Walking around shirtless or in swimwear in the outdoor areas is not allowed. Please pay attention to the opening of the social gate. To enter, just touch the GRAY TAG on the intercom, and to exit, just press the BUTTON located on the wall to the left of the gate. Other things to note - We do not provide an indoor garage. Cars must be parked on the street, subject to availability and at the guest's full responsibility. - We do not offer breakfast. - There are two flights of stairs to access the bedroom on the mezzanine. - The loft will be delivered clean and ready for use at the beginning of your stay. However, there is no daily maid and cleaning service during your stay. - For extra towels and/or replacement, a fee of R$ 20.00 is charged; - For changing and/or replacing sheets and bed linen, a fee of R$ 20.00 is charged; - For extra toilet paper, R$ 5.00 is charged; - For extra shampoo, conditioner and soap, the amount of R$ 5.00 is charged. - For extra cleaning of the unit, a daily rate of R$ 100.00 will be charged. - For early check-in, we charge half (1/2) a night, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For other times, before 10 a.m., we charge a full day (in this case, we recommend booking for the previous day). - For late Check-out, we charge half (1/2) a daily rate until 4 p.m. After this time, a full daily rate will be charged.
