Located in a central and quiet area, multiple transportation for easy-go. 5-10 mins walk to Zhongzheng-Ziyou shopping area, with fast food, street food, and supermarkets. The room is private suite with an ensuite. The space offers a simple and cozy atmosphere, allowing travelers to enjoy their trip without stress. The space 1、Eco-Friendliness & Amenities A、We provide body wash and shampoo. For reducing waste, we do not supply disposable items (toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, etc.) and bath towels—please bring your own. B、 Bath towels are available for rent on-site at NT$50 each. C、The room is equipped with a small sofa、small table、air-conditioning and a clothes hanging area—offering you a comfortable stay. 2、Parking & Entrance A、Parking can be reserved in advance, available from 21:00 to 09:00. For other times, please check with us first. B、If space is not available, you may park legally along the Xinyi Elementary School during non-school hours, or use nearby street parking. C、The suite is on the 3rd floor without elevator, accessed via a narrow side path. For larger suitcases (28–29″), please push them in front of you, it’s more easily entrance. D、Arrival procedure: D-1、Change into the provided slippers at the front corridor of building. D-2、Take off slippers again before entering the side white gate. D-3、Take slippers and place on racks, that is inside the stairwell. 3、Check-In & Check-Out Times A、Check-in: 19:00–24:00. If you plan to arrive out of the period, please contact us to confirm, an assistant will be available to help. B、Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is charged at NT$100 per additional hour. 4. During your stay Line: @517ubhtj Other things to note 1、Without consent, the tenant can not sublet, lend or transfer all or part of the house, or let others come into the house without permit. And the key is not allowed to be copied. Breaking into the house quite later will be regarded as illegal, and the right of criminal prosecution can be retained. 2、Do not take the manner illegally in the house such as storing dangerous goods, taking fire、smoking or taking drug. The house is located at quiet residential zone, it must keep quiet and no other visitors entered. 3、For safety reasons, please unplug power bank when stepping out, even for a short period. 4、Tenant should take care of whole object in the room. If the house is damaged due to the tenant's careless, shall be liable for damages. 5、Strict no smoking in whole house, including any balconies.
