The space You will be staying in a newly renovated beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on 70 m2 with sensational views of the large garden and nature reserve. In the newly furnished kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen utensils from RÖSLE, you can prepare a delicious meal and then enjoy it on the terrace. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. Coffee, tea, spices and vinegar/oil are also available. If desired, we also provide a gas grill in summer. The bedroom is equipped with a new closet (150 cm wide). If you are woken up by the sun, you have a great view into the garden from the 180 cm double bed when you wake up!! The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. A window provides daylight. In the living room there is a jukebox and LED TV with Apple TV+. Netflix is included... In the Siebengebirge you will find countless opportunities for leisure activities. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes sometimes start right outside the front door. Drachenfels and Petersberg are within walking distance. In Oberpleis (4 km) there is a sauna park, a tennis hall and an outdoor swimming pool. Shopping in Ittenbach (1 km) away. There are also some restaurants in the area. Golf in the area is also possible in several courses. Bonn is easily accessible by car (20 min) or public transport (longer). There you will also find a very wide variety of culinary and cultural offerings. The apartment is in the basement at the back of our house. It is fully enclosed as a separate unit with its own entrance . To reach the basement, a few steps must be taken. We live upstairs in the house, are usually not there during the day. We have to pay the city of Königswinter 5% accommodation fee, we have scheduled this in the daily price. The apartment, as well as the stairs to the terrace, is not barrier-free.
