Spread across 100 picturesque acres, the property boasts breathtaking views of open lush pasture and rolling hills, complete with a dam, kangaroos, native birds, a pool and your very own hot tub to relax in. The space The property is designed for comfort and relaxation. The rooms are large and comfortable. Outside you will find a comfortable lounge area overlooking the back yard, pool and dam where it is lovely to sit and have your morning coffee. The living room has big comfy couches and is perfect for watching your favourite show, we also have Netflix available. The inviting fireplace is perfect for cosy evenings, whilst the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensures you stay cool during the warmer months and warm in winter. The living spaces are tastefully decorated, offering a blend of country charm and modern amenities. There are also books and games in the TV cabinet which you are welcome to use. The property is over 100 acres and provides ample space for outdoor activities and leisurely walks. There are kayaks if you would like to be out on the dam. At the end of the day the hot tub is amazing sit in with a relaxing glass of wine whilst chatting with family or friends. Bedding Arrangements * Bedroom 1 - King Bed * Bedroom 2 - King Bed * Bedroom 3 - King Bed * Bedroom 4 - 2 x Queen Beds and 1 x extra long single **** BYO BEACH TOWELS **** Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house and surrounding lawn area. The house yard is fully fenced. In summer you can swim in the dam and utilise any kayaks that are on the shoreline. There is also a shared pool for you to utilise. There are lots of walking trails throughout the property. Your hosts may be onsite at any time as this is a working property but we will not disturb your stay. Please don't go into any sheds or go through any locked gates, they are locked for your safety and the safety of the livestock within. Other things to note If you come into contact with any animals please respect their space, horses are flight animals and will run away if startled. Most however, love a good rub on the nose and ours are very friendly. We also have cattle and dogs. This is a working property so there will be people coming and going feeding the animals. No Parties or Loud Events with extra outside guests permitted. WATER This property is on rainwater only, please be mindful and conserve water whilst staying at the property by minimising the length of showers and depth of baths taken. Why not have a spa bath and then a short shower? Nobody likes a cold shower! If you have maximum guests you will need to have 3 minute showers! No Camping Caravans by request at extra cost Extra guests can be accommodated, please send us a message to enquire. Your hosts may be onsite at any time, but will not disturb your stay. Arrangements can be made for firewood to be delivered for an extra cost.
