This is Irestay, a space for families only.🤍 As a family home where you can fully feel nature, we only accept 1-2 teams and family-sized guests per week. In addition to the standard 6 people, the additional cost is 10,000 won per person:) 💛Open Event💛 Opening celebration discount (may end early) ⠀ ✨Accommodation✨ 1st floor: Living room + Kitchen + Bedroom A (Queen size 1, Single 1) + Bedroom B (Double 1) + Toilet 2nd floor: small living room (extra bedding provided) + toilet Outdoors: barbecue terrace, fire pit, garden -Irestay is a two-story house. -Cooking facilities are available on both the first and second floors, and a dining area is also available on the courtyard terrace. - 2nd floor, 1 room is not available as it is used as a host item storage box.❌ - Bedding is provided according to the number of people booked. ✨Check-in and check-out time✨ Check-in: 13: 00 / Check-out: 13: 00 (Check-in and check-out times are an agreement between the host and guest!) -Ire Stay is offering 📌early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost to provide📌 a comfortable rest. -The price is the same for all seasons, no low or peak season. -Discounts are available for consecutive nights. (Before making a reservation, please contact us by host message!) ⠀ Guest access ✨Guest spaces/products offered✨ - Internet TV, free Wi-Fi, karaoke equipment -Kitchen facilities (outdoor refrigerator, water purifier, induction, rice cooker, microwave, coffee pot, wine glass, beer glass, soju glass, plate, furniture, etc.) -The indoor kitchen refrigerator is for the host only.You can use the outdoor guest refrigerator. - Air conditioner, fan, hair dryer -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, towel provided (toothbrush X) -Seasonings, seasonings provided ✨BBQ Instructions✨ Barbecue grill: 20,000 KRW Pot lid furnace: 20,000 won (currently not in operation) -Hours: From check-in to 22:00 - Available in rainy or humid seasons (not available in case of strong winds, drought warnings, or pot lid fire❌) -We prepare grill, wire mesh, charcoal, torch, gloves, tongs, and scissors. -Even if it is not a barbecue grill, there is a terrace that can be grilled with butane gas. (1 butane gas provided) -The pot lid is lit directly. Please apply before entering. (Currently not in operation, scheduled to operate after fall) -We are proceeding with on-site payment and account transfer payment. ⠀ Other things to note ⠀ 🚫A few reminders🚫 We are not responsible for any problems that occur due to not reading the precautions. Be sure to read the precautions before making a reservation! -Please pay attention to smoking and fire prevention as it is a wooden house made of wood. (Smoking, induction check, indoor fireplace, outdoor barbecue facility, fire hole facility after cleaning up the remaining fire, etc.) -In a quiet rural village, excessive drinking is prohibited, and actions that harm local residents, such as fireworks, are prohibited. Please refrain from using karaoke equipment after 10pm. -Because it is the countryside, there may be mosquitoes and flies in the front and back yards. We encourage you to refrain from booking if you are sensitive. -Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. -Cooking is possible in the indoor kitchen, but foods with a lot of smell or smoke (barbecue, frying, seafood, grilled fish, etc.) are prohibited. For smoky foods, please use the barbecue terrace! -If you do not wash the dishes, if the separate collection and garbage are not arranged, or if the house is excessively messy, a cleaning fee may be charged. -Please note that cleaning costs may be incurred if bedding, sofas, and futons are contaminated. -Ireste is a two-story house, and the stairs and second-floor railings should be accompanied by children and guardians, and safety should be taken. -The props/supplies provided at Ile Stay are items that the host lives and uses directly. Please note that you are responsible for reimbursement/recovery in the event of theft/damage. -The garden of Ires Stay is a space managed by the host. Please note that you are responsible for reimbursement if you cultivate without permission. -As it is a space where the host lives, it is equipped with good appliances, furniture, and bedding. Do not force open drawers and refrigerators that are locked. Please note that you are responsible for reimbursement in case of damage. -Please use it cleanly so that those who come can stay comfortably.
