Newly built cottage planned with simplicity and elegance. Open plan with a mezzanine, private deck in the center of which stands a large tree, hammocks and view of tropical gardens. The chalet is not suitable for children and adults with locomotion difficulties. The space Ideal for two people, the cottage is located in a central neiborhood of Trancoso, near bars, 20 minutes by foot from the beach and 15 minutos by foot to the historic Quadrado. The cottage was built to offer the view of its surroundings in various planes - from the sleeping area on the mezzanine, to the hammocks beneath a tree on the deck. By choice, the cottage does not have air conditioning - it keeps cool through several windows on different levels, a ceiling fan and the shade of several trees. Guest access The inner area of the cottage was built in a spacious, elegant and simple way. It has a mezzanine with a double bed, bathroom with shower, a small kitchen with a two burner stove and small oven, a small fridge with 80 liters capacity, and a deck with hammocks under the shade of a leafy tree. The cottage has wifi and guests have access to the surrounding garden. The cottage is not suitable for small children due to the height of both the mezzanine and the deck. The voltage of all outlets is 220 V.
