This top modern, stylish and newly furnished accommodation in the heart of Rheinhessen was completely renovated and refurbished by June 2024 and is now available for our guests. Not only was a family-friendly facility taken into account, but also emphasis was placed on a pleasant vacation or workplace. Located close to the Rhine, in the middle of the nature reserve, the property offers a comfortable starting point for many activities and those seeking relaxation. The space The apartment is stylish, modern and chic. For families, we offer a large double bed, a new sofa bed for another person and a new bunk bed for max. two children. Thus, the apartment is ideal for up to 5 people. And if you have to work on vacation, there is of course a desk with the best Internet connection via Deutsche Telekom. A fully equipped kitchen and a state-of-the-art, new bathroom with washing machine, dryer and a comfortable bench in the rain shower complete the luxurious stay. Thanks to the built-in soundproof windows with electrically controllable shutters and mosquito nets, a quiet sleep is also guaranteed. In addition, the built-in underfloor heating throughout the living space ensures cozy warmth in winter. Two individually controllable air conditioners mean the heat in the middle of summer doesn't stand a chance. In front of the entrance, a new seating lounge offers you a cozy end to the day outdoors. In a separate garden area, the little ones can also romp around outside. If you own an electric vehicle, it can be charged at an 11 kW wallbox for an additional charge. Please indicate this when booking with the respective desired days. Guest access The apartment has its own house entrance, which is opened via a key box with a code and thus has a "self-check-in & out." Other things to note In addition to various (vineyard) hikes or bike tours with breathtaking views, the swimming lakes in Eich and Gimbsheim with beach sections are within walking distance and invite you to cool off. In addition, Lake Eich is within 10 minutes' walking distance via the Alterhein adventure trail on the opposite side of the street. If you prefer to play a round of golf, fish on the Rhine, take a raft ride or discover nature on horseback during a ride, you will also get your money's worth here. In any case, there is no boredom!
