Room in country house

Peaceful spacious room in a unique part-Georgian house situated in a village between Rye and Hastings. We are on the 1066 footpath making this is a perfect stop for walkers or anyone exploring this beautiful area. There is a traditional pub a stone’s throw away serving hearty meals. You have your own shower room and hot drink facilities in your room. You are welcome to make breakfast in our kitchen and enjoy the garden. Please note that we have two dogs. They are both very calm and friendly. The space The bed is a standard double. Guest access Guests can use the garden and the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Other things to note Please note that we have two dogs. They are well behaved and friendly and do not go upstairs where your room is situated but please don’t book if you dont like or are frightened of dogs. Thank you.
