Overlooking a lake, the Promenade, and the 8km-long Tramore beach, all are within a 5 minute walk. This carefully renovated, semi-detached townhouse retains all its charming 19th-century features. You'll also find convenient amenities like bakery, cafes, and restaurants within easy walking distance. The main bus station, serving local and national routes, is located down the street. The space We have worked to retain many of the original features of this 1860 Victorian-style home. While it is not without its imperfections, it will undoubtedly appeal to those with a passion for historic properties, its located in Tramore, meaning 'big beach' a seaside town in County Waterford. Our house has a long family tradition and was the starting point of 'Paddy Powers' book keeping empire. Paddy moved betting on horse racing, which was practiced in the streets, to an organised office - which is still one of our guest rooms today.
