This spacious villa with plenty of light, a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the mountains is close to forests and nature. You will find everything here for a comfortable and pleasant vacation: a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a large dining table, spacious bedrooms, ... An excellent base for countless beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike tours, kayaking, skiing, cross-country skiing, etc. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The space The house can accommodate 6 people (+ baby). GROUND FLOOR: *Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, ...). There is olive oil, herbs, soap available that you can use. *Separate toilet *Storage room (this is also where the refrigerator is) with washing machine and dryer. *Living room: spacious sofa, coffee table and fireplace. *Dining room: large table with 6 chairs. An extra high chair is also provided. TOP FLOOR: *Bedrooms: There are 2 spacious bedrooms, with a total of 3 double beds (160x200cm). If desired, we provide an extra baby crib. You can divide the largest bedroom with a curtain for a little more privacy. The rooms have a beautiful view, and one bedroom has its own balcony. *Bathroom: spacious bathroom with bathtub where you can also shower. There is also a toilet in the bathroom. GARAGE AND GARDEN *In the garage, there is a pool table and also plenty of space to store bicycles, for example. In the garden, you will find a barbecue and trampoline. There is a sun terrace by the pond, and a large covered terrace with a large dining table and 6 extra chairs for outside. Guest access The entire house can be used, with the exception of a small storage room in the garage (this is closed to guests) Other things to note For access, we provide a code for the locker with keys. Once the booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a code. Don't forget to return the keys upon departure. We anticipate arrival after noon and departure before 3 p.m. This is a guideline, but we are flexible in this. We can specify the arrival and departure times at the time of booking. We provide sheets and kitchen towels, but ask you to bring your own bath towels.
