Other things to note Douarnenez Located on the edge of the Iroise Sea, Douarnenez is known for its three ports: Port-Rhu, Rosmeur (fishing) and Tréboul (boating). The city is rooted in Breton legend, notably that of the sunken city of Ys and Tristan.
