Our earthquake-safe villa offers you and your family a spacious modern house on four floors. Only about 35 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to the city center, the house offers you many possibilities for your holiday in Antalya. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes away by car. Taxis are available, we recommend your own car. Döşemealtı is a new development area with restaurants, supermarkets and hospitals in the immediate vicinity. The space The villa was completed in 2023 according to the latest technical standards regarding earthquake safety (see photos). The house is at your disposal. NO other roommates!!! Private main entrance on the ground floor and private entrance via the parking garage. The modern house is in a villa complex with 10 villas, where only families live. That's why parties and loud guests are not allowed. Enjoy the view of the stunning mountains of Antalya, relax by your own pool on the terrace. The house has five floors. Ground floor: hallway, bathroom, living room with kitchen, bedroom, terrace with pool and garden 1st floor: master bedroom with private bathroom, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, laundry and ironing room 2nd floor: enclosed bedroom with private bathroom, an additional room with a single bed Attention! The rooms are only assigned according to the number of guests. Unused rooms remain locked (protection against wear and tear and unnecessary energy consumption) Basement: private underground garage entrance The house offers its own underground parking space. You have private access to the house directly from the underground garage. All household appliances are new or in very good condition. Swimming pool dimensions: 4 x 7 x 1.40 m From April to September, not heated! Guest access You use the house, pool and garden just for yourself and your family. The pool and terrace are not visible from the outside. Other things to note A rental car during the stay could be helpful. Taxi's are readily available. If you are interested, we will be happy to provide a contact with a reliable car rental company. Otherwise, there is also a taxi driver who can drive you by taxi.
