Outside: -Big back yard & patio at kitchen sliding glass doors/dining, incredible sunrises, snow, birds, lush & green in warm months, weekly lawn management through Nov. leaves, house backed up to a farm. -No garage space (separate renovated owner suite). -Trash & recycling carts area off front porch, weekly trash pick-up (1 large brown cart), every other week recycling pick-up (2 large green carts). 031726 Other things to note My own part-time suite (host suite) is the renovated garage (studio) and possibly the upstairs if no reservation up there, and I will also be using the front entry door and accessing that entry room myself for my own use when guests are not onsite. Entry/exit room pass-thru room: The front room "living room" at entry/exit is a pass-thru room only for entering and exiting and to/from laundry room by any suite guests and host. Owner/host pets: Owner: one mature cat (brown tabby "Little Bit") that commutes with owner/host to/from out of town most weeks that does not go outside there, stays inside host suite when in town, usually a few days each week, sometimes more or less. Not allowed by HOA: Warning notices are sent to homeowners for violations of any of these below -Trailers -Boats -RVs -Campers -Golf carts -Motorcycles -Work on vehicles, hoods up, wheels off, jacked -Vehicles not tagged or registered -Unleashed dogs outside -Items on front porch or outside -Loud noise (HOA refers address to police) Other not allowed: -Non-neutered male cats -More than one pet -Large dogs -Pets outside of suite except leashed for in and out of house only -Smoking of any kind inside -Incense and strong odors -Items in the windows porch, in the front driveway or yard -Noise -Other use of pass-thru "living room" FEES A portion may be refunded if in check-in condition: Cleaning fee: $100 for carpet only Linen fee deposit: $50 for towels & bedding Pet fee: $80 Extra guest per night: $20 031726
