Spacious, quiet apartment near hospital

Ideally located, you will enjoy the proximity to the city center, hospital, training centers, Banville high school, municipal swimming pool, CNCS… This recently renovated apartment for your well-being has a pleasant bedroom, with 1 double bed, a living room with a sofa that converts to an extra bed, a beautiful kitchen open to the living room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub with refined decoration. The space This apartment has everything you need (bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap). There are cupboards and drawers available for you to put your belongings. If you can't find something, you can of course contact me. In the kitchen everything is at your disposal, dishes, appliances and consumables (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) A L'Or Barista espresso machine and coffee pods are available. A kettle, teapot, tea and infusions are also present. The living room has a sofa bed (ideal for an extra bed but not ultra comfortable to spend several nights...) There is otherwise a 1 person mattress available that you can put on the floor. A 65" TV screen and a DVD and Blu-Ray player will allow you to watch your favorite movies (DVDs not provided, remember to bring some) You can browse all the books available. The balcony has a small table with two chairs for your breakfasts or dinners at sunset, a parasol and a deckchair to relax while reading a good book. (Available in summer. Cushions should be brought in at night or when it rains) The bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed. In the wardrobe, there are a few hangers available as well as in the hallway. The bathroom has a nice bathtub, a large vanity unit with large drawers, a washer-dryer, cleaning products, laundry, and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), a first aid kit. A hairdryer is also available, already plugged in, above the washing machine. The toilets are separate and have a sink. Cupboards contain supplies of towels and toilet paper. Books are also available to optimize your time by learning or relaxing. All the space is functional and optimized to offer you a very pleasant stay! Located on the first floor, it is unfortunately not accessible to wheelchairs because the elevator is not suitable. Non-smoking and pet-free space (apartment and balcony), please respect this rule or I will be forced to refer it to the Airbnb complaints department. Guest access All areas of the accommodation are accessible to you. Not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note Great for two guests. The living room can also accommodate 1–2 additional guests but for a short time as it is less comfortable than a bedroom. The sofa is convertible and there is also a single mattress that can be placed on the floor on the carpet. Not accessible for wheelchairs. No smoking or pets allowed in this apartment and on the balcony.
