Modern House with Ocean Views

Our home is architecturally designed to be open plan and capture all possible ocean views from the bedrooms and living areas. All rooms are spacious and we are only steps to the beach and also have a solar heated swimming pool and golf putting green. We are only metres from the beautiful beach at Watermans Bay. The space We have a large solar heated swimming pool, covered outdoor area as well as a grass area that doubles as a golf putting green.
