Charming Family Home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in our centrally-located charming home in Rumford/East Providence! You can walk to the local Seven Stars Bakery just a half mile away, 3 min from the Turner Reservoir and the Ten Mile Greenway trail, 10 minutes from Brown University, 15 minutes from downtown, and a hop skip and a jump away from so much more! **Enjoy a late checkout time of 12pm **This rental has been approved by the city of east providence The space The first floor private rental has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. We have a full sized air mattress available for this room as well upon request. Bedroom 2 has a twin trundle bed (so two twin beds in total) and a toddler bed. Bedroom 3 is a bunk/playroom. It has two trundle beds. The top is a double and the pull out is a twin. It also has a bean bag bed (full). (There is bedding and pillows available for the bean bag bed upon request) We also have a pack and play available (with slumber pod upon request) Trash and recycling bins are on the side of the garage. To use AC press the power button and then select the cool mode and finally you can press the fan button and increase to level 3 to cool the fastest. Quirks of our 1936 home: *The shower knob can be a little finicky. To turn the shower on turn the water knob slightly to the left and then pull up the little knob on the shower faucet; wait about 15-30 seconds. The pressure will build and once full pressure comes you can continue turning to the left for warmer water. *When the dinning room AC is on the dinning room light can flicker. You can cool the room before using the dinning light or dim the dinning light to avoid the flicker. *The breaker can be tripped if the oven, sunroom heater and washer/dryer are all on at the same time. If this happens the breaker is in the utility room. You can walk into the utility room turn left and go around the corner to the breaker box on the wall next to the work/tool bench. You would then find the switch that has been tripped and move from off to on. *Always feel free to reach out right away with any questions or concerns! Guest access The first floor and basement workout room/ play space is available to you. The second floor is an additional rental space.*Message me to inquire about second floor rental availability. Other things to note This is our family home that we rent on occasion, we love sharing our space! We have tried to make it family friendly as we have a little one of our own.
