This spacious 1 bedroom executive suite with private entry, high quality finishes throughout and tasteful decor, ensures comfort and relaxation while you stay with us. At the foot of renowned mountain bike trails, we offer bike wash and storage. Open patio with mountain and landscaped garden views. Living area, full kitchen, laundry, TV and an atmosphere that will make you feel at ease. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts. Easy access to Whistler and Vancouver. Relax in Squamish. The space Nine foot ceilings, extensive natural light, high end finishes, open plan living, ground level, private entrance, gas stove, gas fireplace, internet... relaxation, and comfort are just a brief summary for the attributes of the space. The kitchen: Fully equipped with high end appliances. The king size bedroom: Spacious with a large walk in closet. A very comfortable king size bed. High quality bedding. Pillows changed regularly. We can provide a single mattress, queen air bed and a pack and play for additional guests. As the king bed is set up for 2 guests, we ask that you add a 3rd guest to the booking should you require an additional mattress & bedding (there is a $40 extra guest charge). Bathroom: Bright with natural and artificial lighting, underfloor heating, ample storage, soaker tub and a decent shower head. The Living Room: Cosy fireplace, very comfortable sofas (2 seater and a 3 seater), high quality tv, books and board games. Laundry: A small washer and dryer. The general space: Spacious with ample storage. Guest access Guests have full access to the self-contained suite. We provide one parking space, there is also free street parking. We offer a place to wash and stores bikes. Diamond head mountain bike trails are less than 5 min by bike, making access extremely easy. Alice lake trail heads can be reached in less than 10 min. Garibaldi village is a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Squamish is a 10 minute drive. There is a bus service 5 minutes walk from the house. We are a family living above the suite, you may hear us (most guests have said it is not an issue). We have recently put a trampoline in the garden which occasionally can be an excitable place. Generally the house and garden is quiet from 8.30pm-7.30am. Other things to note Massage service available: Under the business name "Elva's Wellness" I provide a professional mobile massage service. Should you like a massage within the comfort of the suite, please contact me to set one up. If you are traveling to Squamish with friends and hope they can stay in close by accommodation, we have friends who privately rent out their suites and some who rent through air bnb. They live within a 30 second walk from our home, if this interests you, feel free to message me and I can put you in contact with them (no commission, just a host helping guests and a neighbor helping a neighbor). Cooking in the suite; please use the extractor fan and open windows (especially when cooking with fish or strong spices).
