Welcome to D’Casa, our simple yet stylish and cozy studio unit at SMDC Park Residences in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna! Our modern and fully-furnished unit is for small families and groups, and couples who are looking for a home away from home experience in the city of Sta. Rosa. The space Our property in Park Residences is conveniently located just a few steps from SM Sta. Rosa, a recently expanded mall filled with a variety of restaurants, shops, personal care salons, and activities. It is also a short drive away from the most popular theme-park in the Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom, and popular shopping destinations Nuvali/Solenad, Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Landers, and S&R. SLEX Mamplasan exit and CALAX are 5-10mins. away making the journey to Alabang and Tagaytay faster. Park Residences is a newly-built modernized and secured building with an outdoor pool. The unit is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an additional floor mattress, to accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a 45” Smart HDTV and an adequate-speed Wifi for your entertainment or even work needs. Though cooking is NOT allowed, microwave, small refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, and dinnerware and utensils are available for use in the kitchenette. The bathroom has bidet, shower, and fresh towels for your convenient use. Our place also has a dining table and mini-living area. D’Casa unit is always freshly cleaned and towels, linens are replaced after every guest/booking. Check-in time: 2:00-3:00 PM (early check-in is subject to availability and is Php 150 per hour if earlier than 2:00 PM) Check-out time: 12:00 PM (early check-out is subject to availability and is Php 150 per exceeding hour after 1:00 PM) ————— Amenities: SWIMMING POOL • 150 per head on regular days and 300 per head on holidays (to be paid and directly coordinated by guest at the PMO in front of the building, if holiday/no office, we can assist with the payment). • Open from 9AM - 6PM every Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays for maintenance. PARKING • The unit’s dedicated parking slot is still not available as it is located at one of the still ongoing developments of Park Residences, guests may park at the visitor’s parking area free-of-charge but note that this is on a first-come-first-served basis and limited only, this is not guaranteed as well and it is the guest's responsibility to look for an alternative parking if there's no slot available anymore. Please manage your expectation. ————— Getting here: OWN CAR • From SLEX, take Mamplasan exit and follow the road signs to SM Sta. Rosa or Sta. Rosa-Biñan access road. • Using Waze or Google Maps, just search for SMDC Park Residences Sta. Rosa. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION • From Manila, take any bus to Sta. Rosa/Balibago Complex, get off at Complex and ride a jeepney to any of the following: Biñan Hi-way, San Pedro, Pacita and get dropped-off at SM Sta. Rosa. From the mall, use the grocery side exit or look for TGIF restaurant and use that exit to walk to Park Residences. NUMBER OF GUESTS • Only a maximum of 4 guests are allowed, no extra heads are allowed as this is also the policy of SMDC. PETS • No pets allowed.
