Cozy Guesthouse Near Seattle–World Cup 2026 Stay

✨Heading to Seattle for the 2026 World Cup?✨ This cozy spot is about 45 minutes from Lumen Field — a peaceful place to unwind after the crowds and chaos, with an easy drive into the city when needed.✨ Welcome to our little blue guesthouse! An ideal location for exploring, you will have easy freeway access and are only five minutes from the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall, the Tulalip Resort & Casino, Regal movie theaters, and a variety of shopping and dining choices. The space The guest house is located behind our main house, and contains everything you will need for a cozy and fulfilling stay. This space has a queen sized bed with 100% organic bamboo linen, as well as a bathroom with a free standing shower equipped with a rain-fall shower head. While it doesn’t have a full size kitchen, the guest house is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and dining table for two. We provide all the kitchen essentials such as plates, cups, silverware etc. This guest house has split air conditioning to combat Washington’s summer heat, and a large 55” Roku TV for your entertainment needs. While we don’t have a standard iron/ironing board, we do have a clothes steamer in the guesthouse. Guest access Full access to the guesthouse and backyard. (The backyard is a shared space) Other things to note Fragrance Notice: Please note that my space is not fragrance-free. I use lightly scented cleaning products, air fresheners, and personal care items like soap and shampoo. All bedding and towels are washed with scented detergent and fragrance beads. If you have fragrance allergies or are highly sensitive to scents, my home may not be the right fit. My goal is to be transparent so every guest can feel comfortable. Our cozy guest house is located near a train station, so you may occasionally hear trains pass. You will find a sound machine and ear plugs for your comfort. While the guest house is completely private, the backyard space is shared with the homeowner, meaning you may occasionally see children or dogs playing in the yard, specifically in the summertime. This is something to consider before booking if you are planning on spending a lot of time outside of the guest house, but still on property. Please be courteous of our neighbors and keep the noise down by 9:00 pm on week days and 10:00 pm on weekends. We respectfully ask that there is no smoking of any kind in or out of our property. If you would like to smoke, we ask that you please do so on the street.
