Built in 2024, the Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a pullout sofa for extra guests, a full kitchen, and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. One has a tub/shower and the other has a glass shower. Common room is open to the full kitchen with island, dining area with table, half bath, one desk, and sofa and soft seating with 55" TV. Sofa has a pullout bed. The house is secluded with trees around and only two neighboring houses. Other things to note Property is immediately next to the Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Tee time is required to enter the course. Kings Dominion is 15 minutes door-to-door. Kayaking and canoeing is also available at the nearby Pamunkey, Mattaponi, and Rappahannock rivers.
