It has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a lake view: in these suites, the large French windows and the terrace will allow you to wake up in the morning with the reflection of the waters of Lake Piediluco. The third bedroom, smaller, is located on a mezzanine floor and also has all the comforts, as well as a personal bathroom. All suites are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners. The living area consists of a large living room with comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful modern kitchen with the addition of a characteristic stone fireplace. The location is excellent: you can park in front of the house and forget about the car since bars, restaurants and all services are within walking distance in a few minutes. If you want to drive, we recommend visiting the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few kilometers away or one of the many villages that Umbria offers. Come and visit Umbria, the green heart of Italy!
