It has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a lake view: in these suites, the large French doors and the terrace will allow you to wake up in the morning with the reflection of the waters of Lake Piediluco. The third, smaller bedroom is located on a mezzanine floor and also has all the comforts, as well as a personal bathroom. All suites are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners. The living area consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful modern kitchen with the addition of a characteristic stone fireplace. In the kitchen, there is a bar cabinet with everything you need for breakfast (coffee machine, capsules, milk, sugar, fruit juices, single-dose jam/Nutella, biscuits). The location is excellent: you can park under the house and forget about the car since bars, restaurants and all services are within walking distance in a few minutes. If you want to drive, we recommend visiting the Marmore waterfall, which is a few kilometers away, or one of the many villages that Umbria offers. Come and visit Umbria, the green heart of Italy!
