Wiltshire Farm Cottage

Stay in a newly renovated cottage on our Family Farm in the heart of the Wiltshire Downs. The property has undergone an extensive refurbishmement and now offers a large open plan kitchen and dining room with a wood burning stove. There is a master bedroom with two further double bedrooms with two bathrooms and and a cosy sitting room. The large south facing garden has been terraced to offer a lower and upper patio with direct access to six acres of ancient deciduous woodland. The space Welcome to North Lodge! This is a family home on a working farm where I spent my childhood. Guests can enjoy the freedom of a self-contained cottage with access to your own wood! The property is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and is a great base to see local attractions like Stone Henge, Avebury, Bath, Salisbury and Marlborough. The space: The downstairs has a huge open plan kitchen / dining room with French doors leading to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a wood burning stove. Complimentary wood and firelighters available. The cosy sitting room has a TV and a wood burning stove. We have a DVD library (including kids films) and a firestick for your entertainment. There is a downstairs shower room and loo. Upstairs, we have three decent sized bedrooms, two with double beds and one twin room. All bedrooms have hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with shower and loo upstairs too. We have a lockable garden shed for storing your bikes (and we have two you can use that are kept in there). Things to note: The garden is terraced with high walls so it is not suitable for unaccommpanied children. We are on a fairly busy road, the garden is fenced so dogs are safe but be aware that there can be traffic noise at peak times (EG: first thing in the morning).
