Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds (not separable) (bed linen and towels provided). Well-equipped kitchen. Living room: relaxing sofas, 43-inch TV. 1 bathroom with shower and Japanese toilet. Garden 100m2 fenced (garden furniture). 3 parking spaces or 1 motorhome. No smoking. The space Rental of a cottage. Included: 1 set of bed linens for each bed (2 pillows, 2 pillowcases + protector, 1 fitted sheet, 2 single duvets 140x200 per bed in winter or in summer 1 large flat sheet and 1 blanket), 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. Accommodation during your stay: - 120 m2 - sleeps 6 (children and babies included) - located on the 1st floor of the owners' house  - reversible air conditioning only in the living room: kitchen lounge. Heating: electric inertia radiators and double-flow mechanical ventilation. 1 fan in each room in summer. - 3 bedrooms with roof windows (electric shutters) and double beds 160cm X 200cm (sheets provided). Please note: The 3 double beds are not separable (no single bed). High-quality bedding with 30 cm thick mattresses (pocket springs and memory foam). Waterproof mattress and pillow covers. 1 bedroom with 1 30-inch TV. - necessary for 1 baby on request (1 crib, 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub, 1 changing table) -  equipped kitchen  with a window  equipped with a mosquito net in summer and without shutters, 1 table with 6 chairs: induction cooktop, range hood, electric pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, a large pasta pot, raclette machine, almost oil-free fryer (1 spoon), a food processor, a cordless stick vacuum cleaner, a robot vacuum cleaner, recycling bins under the sink, tableware (plates, cups, bowls), pie dish, salad bowls and various dishes, cutlery and glasses... - Living room with 108 cm/43-inch TV, TV set-top box, 6-seater relaxation sofas and armchairs, bar, board games, books and Wi-Fi in the living room, salon and kitchen. 1 roof window with electric roller shutter. - 1 bathroom with a window equipped with a mosquito net in summer and without shutter: shower 120 cm X 90 cm with thermostatic mixer tap and water saving shower, toilet (Japanese toilet with washing jet), 1 towel and 1 shower towel provided per person - 1 fenced terrace/garden (fence height 1.5 m) - 1 electric barbecue at your disposal from May 15 to September 15  - 2 outdoor lounges for 6 people (1 height bar to eat and 1 low for relaxation) - from June 15 to September 5, 4 deck chairs and 1 parasol. - not suitable for PMR (1st floor cottage with stairs and steps for the garden and terrace) - Spots for 3 cars or 1 motorhome (in the property with closed gate)  - For your comfort and for the maintenance of the cottage, all the cleaning equipment is at your disposal. - Upon your departure, the cottage must be left tidy as it was upon your arrival, with dishes washed and put away, the table clean, and the kitchen and bathroom tidy. Please respect the premises. - At your disposal if needed: the floor broom, bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, and the bagless canister vacuum cleaner, which are in the hallway closet behind the curtain. In addition, you have a wireless broom vacuum cleaner and a robot vacuum cleaner. Cleaning supplies are provided available under the sink and in the small closet in the bathroom. Gite strictly reserved for tenants at the moment no outside people allowed. Forbidden family parties or gatherings. It is forbidden to light candles, loud music, dancing, jumping or running in the cottage. Non-smoking cottage. Prohibited from charging electric cars. Guest access Hello, the 120 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of my house with access by stairs. Other things to note We have 2 dogs that can bark. From spring to autumn there are cows next to the garden of the cottage. A farm is next to the cottage (agricultural machinery and farm animals). Around the gîte you can observe wild animals (wild boars, deer, hares, frogs, birds, storks...) Gîte strictly reserved for a maximum of 6 people (including children and babies) It is forbidden to light candles, play loud music, dance, jump or run in the gîte. Non-smoking gîte. Family parties or gatherings are forbidden. It is forbidden to recharge electric cars on the outlets of the gîte.
