Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the main house, the private cottage (studio above the garage/rec room), and all amenities. This includes the saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball & tennis court, game room, playground, and outdoor spaces. The garage/rec room and game room are included for guest use. Pool heating is optional during cooler months and available for an additional $250/day. For safety, one pool waiver is required per reservation. Once the waiver is completed, guests will be provided with instructions for using the automatic pool cover. Self check‑in is provided, and the door code will be sent prior to arrival for seamless access. Other things to note Saltwater Pool: Features an automatic cover for added safety. Guests are required to sign a pool waiver prior to usage to ensure understanding of guidelines and safety measures. Fenced Perimeter: The property is enclosed by a fence for privacy and security, though the front entrance is open. A separate outdoor bathroom provides added convenience for guests, while a large grassy area with stunning mountain views is perfect for hosting the wedding ceremony itself. Parking: The estate boasts a large, expansive driveway and parking area, ensuring plenty of space for guests. Noise Policy: To maintain the tranquility of the estate and surrounding area, no outside music is permitted after 9pm. Fire Safety Policy: As the property is located in a fire risk area and due to the increased concerns following recent California fires, no fires are allowed inside or outside the house, including the use of fireplaces.
