Electric blanket- do switch it off before sleeping. Spacious sunny room. Share of kitchen possible on longer stays as long as you wipe after yourself. Microwave use. Oven on long stays. Please bring and wear soft sole slippers or socks. No Chinese medicine cooking, candles, incents etc The space Spacious Retro Retreat. Hopefully you can access all the instructions how to find the house and your room, once booked, but if any problems do call please. Your room is upstairs on the 1st floor, so please only book if you can make the stairs, no lift. Large sunny bedroom with fabulous sunset views. Huge 2 X double wardrobes. Big vanity unit with mirrors. Bedside cabinet. Lovely and peaceful. Be mindful with your the phone, please don't have conversations in the house or just outside the window if others are in their bedrooms as they may want to sleep 💤😴 You can use conservatory for this, if you'd like. No pets. Only 15 minutes walk to University Hospital Coventry. 30 minutes drive to Birmingham. Easy access to M6, M69, M42. You are welcome to use the stove for basic stuff if you are staying longer, as long as you will leave it clean and tidy after use. If I am not in, I am contactable via mobile. Please kindly bring soft sole slippers and take the shoes off when you enter, or wear socks, hope that's ok with you, to protect my carpets. Please do not use any incents, candles, etc. And do not smoke on the premises, not even in the garden or the road, so ideally you'll be a 100% non smoker. You can use middle shelf in the fridge and freezer plus one double cupboard in the kitchen on your left. Please use the dinning room for eating. Please do not take any food upstairs not to attract any insects.. PS Please do recycle. only clean recycling in the box by the radiator, then it goes into the big recycling bin outside, it says in it recycling. But no tissue, no bags, no soft plastic, no food. Food goes into the bin. Plastic bags and clean wrappers into a carrier bag that I'll take to Tesco's for recycling when I get round to do it or if the bag is full. Guest access Off road parking space is currently taken. To park on the road you will need to be registered for a parking permit so please do remember to send me your car details: make, model, registration ,so I can register it as a visitor parking permit on the road for the time of your stay. This cannot be backdated. Kitchen: microwave, kettle, fridge freezer. If staying longer hob also available, as long as you clean after yourself and share it. Dinning room /Lounge Conservatory Garden During your stay I am always contactable via mobile if I'm not around. Other things to note Strictly non smoking. Please do remember to bring MILK , tea, coffee and any consumables you want to use. The rest is standard what you'd do in your own home, but just in case: If you are allergic to anything that I or my other guest might have in the house, please do let me know in advance so we can check. Please wear your own slippers in the house, and outside shoes outside. Please always lock the house and take the key out, the doors don't lock automatically as in some other houses. To lock the house, close the door, then push the handle up, then turn the key to lock. Check that the hob and lights are off if not used, especially when going to sleep or out. Please do not put anything in the toilet, apart from the used toilet tissue. Wrap up female towels in the old newspaper so they don't leak and throw in the bin. Kindly recycle all you can if you can. If you could just rinse any dirty recycling and put it in the box by the radiotor in the kitchen, we'd sort it out, as long as clean, otherwise put in the bin please. There's one box in the kitchen for general recycling, And a bag in the utility room for clean soft plastic wrappers and bags. Vacuum cleaner in the utility room, or around the house, for all to use, if required. You can leave your shoes in the hallway or put them under the stairs, but do remember to take them with you when you're leaving ;-) . And be kind to respect others privacy and need for sleep.
