The space Mostly built with wood, they highlight the rustic details but with the comforts of a conventional home. This is a two story cabin - on the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, along with a variety of kitchen utensils for your convenience. The dining room area seats six comfortably, perfect for sharing meals next to your guests. Next to the dining room there is a spacious living room with large windows, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding forests. There is also the study area with a half bathroom, and there is a TV configured with Netflix and YouTube in two of the bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy the social and grill area, ideal for meetings and outdoor relaxation. The second floor has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living room. One room is equipped with a king side bed and a sofa bed, sleeps 3. The other two rooms are equipped with two Queen beds, with capacity for four guests each and the fourth room features a queen bed. All rooms have a floor fan to cool off (please note that there is no A/C). Upon request and for an additional fee you can enable the fifth room on the ground floor (main room) which has a king size bed and private bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The location of our cabin is privileged as it is 150 meters from the main road, they access any type of vehicle and there is a large, free and safe parking area. At 700 meters you will find a restaurant area, supermarket, pharmacy and gas station. Downtown is about 1 kilometer away. Although it is located near all these convenient areas, it is a place where you can enjoy silence, calm, and nature. Smoking is not allowed cigar, cigars, vape or e-cigarettes inside the home, if you want to smoke you can do it in the social area that is outdoors. No illegal substance use allowed. Out of respect for the neighbors and to have a good coexistence, if you have a family and/or friends meeting, keep the music and voices at a moderate volume and the maximum time when there may be noise that bothers the neighbors is at 10:30 pm on Saturday and until 9:00 pm the rest of the days.
