Wood style floors, laundry, storage, security/cameras/ nest thermostats, patio/covered concrete carport. Modern amenities throughout the home including high-speed internet and Smart TV. Kitchen includes a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and more. Large washer & dryer on the main level. Two full baths with ample counter space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and one acre lot, including a fenced backyard with a 4ft tall fence. Other things to note This property does not have air conditioning. Heat is controlled by thermostats in each bedroom and the living room (individual zone control). Families are more than welcome! Please note the home is not child proof. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured; we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
