The space IMPORTANT NOTE: We regret to inform you that there is ongoing construction opposite the apartment building that will finished on May 2027, which will cause loud noises during your stay. - Construction work takes place Monday through Saturday, approximately from 08:00 to 18:00. - Regarding the noise level, we cannot predict exactly what to expect during your stay. - The project is located opposite the El Ancla Complex, where they are excavating the ground for new foundations. Please be aware there are large excavators on-site. To compensate for this inconvenience, we are offering guest: - Partial refund on the total accommodation price (excluding the cleaning fee). The refund amount will be determined by our team. This refund will be processed on your check-out day through this platform if you choose to stay.
