Come relax in this new midcentury modern tiny house with a pool, mountain view, and outdoor fireplace. Privately tucked away towards the back of a 0.7 acre property next to a country club. It’s nested in a quiet LA suburban neighborhood with direct access to major freeways (10, 57, 605, 60). Guests have private access to the pool, Netflix, full kitchen, WiFi, coffee station, board games, private washer/dryer, and free street parking. No smoking indoors! We have ashtrays provided outdoors. The space ❗️PLEASE NOTE❗️ We have 2 friendly corgis who might wonder their way up to the pool area and greet the guests. We also have a few friendly chickens on the property — they add a little extra charm and clucks! ---------------------------------------------------------- Sunny Days Tiny House is cozy yet comfortably accommodates 1-2 people. Despite being only 300 sqft, it has everything you need—a private entrance with self check-in, AC/heater, full kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, private washer/dryer (behind the unit), and a recently installed water softener system for healthy skin and hair. The main house is on the lower level away from the unit so you’ll have plenty of privacy during your stay! This studio will make you feel prepared for everything that Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County have to offer! It’s perfect as a romantic couples getaway, or a hub for you to relax after a fun day at Disneyland, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, and all the beaches, etc. Whether it’s a couples vacation or a business trip, we have your comfort as our top priority! The surrounding: Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, with convenient access to the freeway, gyms (LA fitness, planet fitness), Sprouts, Target, IKEA, movie theaters, and plenty of restaurants and stores! There are many hiking trails and parks nearby. Close drive to major attractions in Los Angeles: - 5 miles to Route 66 (Glendora/San Dimas/Upland) - 19 miles to Ontario Airport and Ontario Outlet - 23 miles to DTLA, Pasadena, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm - 38 miles to Universal Studios Hollywood, LAX, Santa Monica and other beaches Guest access Guests have full access to the pool area. Pool access from 10am-8pm. After hours are accepted as long as noise is kept at a minimum. Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, vape, e-cigarettes, bongs, pipes, etc! Damages will be charged up to $1500 and strictly enforced. Please do not tamper with smoke detectors which will also come with a fine.
