Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space A cozy guest house in eastern Västerås. Perfect for 1-4 guests. The guest house is 42 square meters and is an extension of our private villa. You have your own private entrance and patio to the guest house. There are two rooms and a bathroom. Living room/bedroom/kitchen - In the first room, there is a sofa bed of 140 cm, kitchen table and chairs. Kitchen - hot plate with 2 burners, water is collected in the sink in the toilet. Simple dishes can be prepared with a frying pan and saucepan. The room is also equipped with a Playstation 4. View of your patio. Bedroom - In the second room, we have a double bed (160 cm) and AC is installed (heating/cooling). View of our garden and patio. Here is the entrance to the toilet. There is a mini fridge of 43 liters and a small freezer compartment in it. Door is between the two rooms. In the very fresh bathroom there is a toilet, shower, sink. Kitchenette - Our small kitchenette is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle and lighter utensils such as plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. There is plenty of room with dining tables for up to four people. Guest access Our guests have access to their own guest house with a separate entrance. There is a locked door into our residential house. Bed linens and towels are included! Parking is available on the street outside the house. Playground is at the back of our property. Baby swing, swing, kiosk, slide, sandbox and boat. We have a travel crib and high chair to borrow on request. The standard is that we make up the double bed, if you are 2 guests and want to sleep in separate beds, you must notify us well in advance so we have time to make up the sofa bed as well.
