Description
This peaceful, rustic lakefront home overlooks Lake Eufaula and is the perfect retreat for a friends and family getaway. The house features two master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), each with king size beds, along with two additional guest rooms each equipped with queen beds. The back deck brings in beautiful views of Eufaula Cove, where you'll watch boats come and go as you enjoy your morning coffee or take in the evening sunset. The space This home is in a fairly quiet neighborhood where you'll feel safe and secure. It contains easy access Peter's Point boat ramp (5 min), and you'll be just a 5-7 minute drive from town where you can get your food, drink, restaurants, lake supplies, etc. OTHER AMENITIES: - Outdoor fire pit - Office desk for work - Amazon Firestick for TV and/or movies - Tons of board games and family games for your enjoyment - A high-quality bluetooth speaker for your use The neighbors to the West have a tendency to have parties on random Saturdays during summer months. They're fun people and will welcome you in if you want to join, but if you hate late night noise, just know that there's a chance you may experience it! THINGS TO NOTE: - The house sits on an elevated hill on the lake. There is a lot of nature around, especially trees! Therefore, you're likely to come across spiders on the back deck, especially at night! We spray the outside of the house ALL THE TIME to help prevent this, but it's somewhat unpreventable to a degree. Some nights are better than others. The spiders actually help with mosquitos and other gross bugs! - There is heavy brush behind the house leading down to the water. We don't recommend traveling through this as there are ticks in abundance the closer you get to the lake. - As noted, the house sits on a hill. During the hot summer months (mainly July, August), it can be difficult to keep the house cool as the outside temperature approaches 100°. Once the sun goes down, there's no issues. But if it's 100° out and you’re hanging at the house during the day, there's a good chance it might be a little warm!
