We are located in a secure building, has a security camera at the entrance, automatic lock gate and intercom. It has a supermarket just below the kitnet, it is close to bakeries, pharmacies, gyms and restaurants for its utmost convenience. The space has a double bed and a space to set up a hammock, being ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. Other things to note It has no garage. Due to some experiences with previous guests, I would like to point out that smoking or leaving cigarette butts scattered around the apartment is not allowed. A cleaning fee of R$100.00 will be charged to guests who leave the room in poor condition.
