When it comes to nature, you will enjoy a setting in the heart of the countryside with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. On the lazy side, you will access a heated and shared swimming pool in summer. Located in a medieval village classified in Ardèche, you will stay between the Gorges de l 'Ardèche and the Drôme Provençale where gastronomy, outdoor activities and cultural discoveries mix. The space The real asset of this apartment? Its superb covered terrace, bathed in light, offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside so you can enjoy the days and evenings at any time. New 2026: The listing is now equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort. You will enjoy a contemporary, neatly decorated home, arranged as follows: - A fully equipped kitchen (hob with range hood, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and toaster) open to the dining room. - A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet. - A mezzanine where there is a cozy living room with sofa, armchair and a large flat screen. It is located in a building adjacent to the owners' residence. It is upstairs and has independent access. • Exterior: You will have a spacious private terrace, which will protect you from the weather while offering you a panoramic view. Furnished with an outdoor lounge, it is ideal to share your meals, relax or just admire stunning sunrises and sunsets. The rest of the outdoor spaces are shared with the owners and one or two other possible couple(s) of tenants: - The 12m x 4m heated swimming pool accessible from May to September (depending on weather), from 8:30 am until 8pm. - The garden where you can sit in the shade of the linden tree to read or take a nap - A wellness massage area in an unusual setting is available (service on request at an additional cost). • Parking: Free parking in front of the property. • Location: Located in Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, a charming village steeped in history, 1 hour from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 20 minutes from Montélimar, considered "the gateway to Provence", and 45 minutes from Valence. Within a 30-minute radius, you will be able to: Visit caves, castles and perched villages borrowed from history; practice caving; try paragliding; horseback riding, quad biking or buggy; crisscrossing vineyards by bike and taking one of the most beautiful bike lanes in Europe "La Dolce Via"; visiting many artisanal workshops and agricultural productions or hiking to discover nature and remains; not to forget to savor the local gastronomy in one of the certified restaurants etc... In a perimeter of 45 min to 1 hour you can also do velorail and go down the Gorges de l 'Ardèche, the Drome Valley or the Eyrieux by canoeing and canyoning and via ferrata. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment and terrace. The place allows sharing of the infrastructure (pool area, pergola, etc.) between the owners and the three apartments. Other things to note - NO WI-FI. - Bed and bath linens are provided. Cleaning is also included. - Pool towels are not included. - The heated swimming pool is open from May to September depending on weather conditions and is accessible every day from 8:30 AM to 8 PM. - The property consists of the following: the owners' house, an independent building with 2 apartments available for seasonal rental ("Collines" on the first floor and "Les Lauriers Roses" on the ground floor, which can accommodate two people), as well as "Le Studio Bamboo" by the pool, also for 2 people.
