In the quiet of a dead end, with a beautiful open view of the greenery, this Norman residence, just 100 meters from the local shops, will offer you all the comfort and charm of our beautiful Normandy. Enjoy magnificent walks in the great outdoors, whether on foot, by bike or on horseback, along the river or in the forest. You are also close to several tourist attractions. The space On the ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen, dining room with stone walls and access to a sunny terrace with BBQ. On the first floor: comfortable living room with tiled floor tiles, toilet with hand basin, bedroom with dressing room. On the second floor: landing, shower room with toilet, bedroom with exposed beams, small adjoining bedroom. The house can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Guest access The entire house, with its terrace. The garage will be available if they wish to take advantage of the washing machine and dryer (20 € per stay).
