Super nice and cozy residence, family atmosphere, for those looking for days of peace and quiet in a beach paradise. Quiet street, close to the beaches, police station, market, pizzeria. Come and enjoy the best of Barra da São Miguel, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Alagoas!! The space The house has 4 bedrooms (3 of them on the first floor, and 1 on the ground floor), all with air-conditioning and black-out blinds on the windows. Ortobom mattresses and quality linens. 3 Bathrooms. Leisure area in the backyard with: swimming pool, shower, barbecue and dining table. Wi-Fi Internet. Well-equipped kitchen with utensils, and Tramontina cookware. Property protected by electric fence and security cameras in the outdoor areas. Note: We provide bed linens and pillows in all bedrooms. We also leave 4 bath towels in the house for guests to use. LIMIT OF GUESTS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE: 8 people maximum, including adults and children. If you want to bring additional guests above the limit, we charge R$ 120 per day for each additional guest. (We do not provide extra mattresses). We do not allow visitors in the house during the stay! If you want to receive visitors, an additional charge will be made for the visits (by prior arrangement). PETS: We only accept small pets, and upon payment of a mandatory fee. For each animal = R$ 200 (It must be included in the information when you are closing the reservation on the site.) WE DO NOT RENT THE HOUSE FOR PARTIES! Guest access Access to the street is through Barra Mar's main avenue.
