Pool house in a garden setting (+ EV chargers)

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. The space It is a studio with a queen bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The pool is right outside with plenty of seating area. This property is not suitable for children under 12. Guest access You will have the pool house all to yourselves during the stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the pool ! There is plenty of parking should you decide to rent a 50cc motor bike (scooter) or an electric vehicle (EV). We also have an EV charging station on the property for your convenience. Other things to note The kitchen area includes a small fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. There is also a gas grill outside for your use. There is a hair dryer and an iron.
