Our home - a typical old farmhouse in the Rennes countryside - is the ideal base for discovering the wonders of the surroundings. The space Maximum 4 occupants +/- 110 m2: the Hortensia bedroom (en-suite shower room, toilet) as well as the Genêts bedroom (private shower room, toilet), living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet on the ground floor, private terrace, private parking, free access to the garden of the house and its facilities. Linens and bed linen are provided. Cleaning is done by us. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Guests will also find quality dishes as well as the essentials: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing product, sponge for dishes... Possibility to recharge an electric car (Type 2 socket - 7.2 KW), contact us for rates. Upon request: supply of baby equipment (highchair, bathtub, bed) Guest access We will be there to welcome you and explain the different operations of your vacation spot. Your accommodation is totally independent of ours (separate entrance, private terrace). We will be your neighbors, and we will share the large landscaped garden. Other things to note You will rent a cottage that we have furnished as our own home. There you will find quality dishes and linen, authentic and comfortable furniture, a new equipped kitchen and original works of art. We will appreciate the care you take of the place we provide for you. You have a private terrace, and we invite you to enjoy our large garden. You can relax around the pool, enjoy the garden armchairs or use the table located in the shade of our large maple tree. We'll definitely meet you there. Children are the sole responsibility of the parents. We ask that you respect the quiet in the evening after 11 p.m. In the event of excessive and repeated noise, tenants will be evicted.
