“Lilybrook” 3bd cottage in the Hunter Valley

A 30 minute drive from the wine regions of Lovedale and Pokolbin or the beautiful beaches of Newcastle. The space You’ll be staying in Lilybrook, a 3 bedroom, sandstone cottage in the Lower Hunter. Located in the quiet residential suburb of Rutherford, Lilybrook’s 360 degree verandah looks out onto green lawn and gardens. With a large living space, TV and modular sofa for 5 people there’s plenty of room for the whole family to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking, serving and diningware, as well as tea, condiments and spices. Each of the 3 bedrooms includes a double or queen bed, bedside tables, ceiling fans and large built-in robes with mirrored doors. There’s also a desk space in bedroom 2 if you need to do some work. Kiddies are more than welcome, with a full size cot in the main bedroom and toys and books for little ones. You’ll enjoy fresh linen and towels for your stay and access to washing facilities. Wifi is complementary and our smart TV enables you to login to your streaming apps. Rutherford village is a 10 min walk away with cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, newsagents and a fabulous fish and chip shop. We are happy to help out with recommendations to help you enjoy the local area. Guest access You’ll have private use of and access to the entire house except for the lock up garage.
