🏡 Our house is a real home, inhabited on a daily basis by our small family. This is a living house, in which we hope you will immediately feel at home. Hippie and Ajax, our two cats 🐾 and six chickens 🐓 will be there to welcome you! You can take advantage of the comforting presence of our furry friends, as well as fresh eggs every morning in exchange for a little attention. The space Our house of 140 m2, renovated old farmhouse on wooded grounds of 3000 m2 fully fenced will welcome you for your holidays with family or groups of friends. On the ground floor: - a bright veranda with foosball - a dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.); - a living room, comfortable space with sofa, armchairs, TV and coffee table; - a spacious 20 m² bedroom with a queen size bed (160 X 200 cm) with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool; - bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Upstairs: - a mezzanine with a futon extra bed (140 x 190 cm), storage (photo bedroom 4); - Two 20 m² bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) + a loft single bed (90 x 190 cm) (Bedrooms 2 and 3) The decor and layout of our children's rooms are likely to change according to their desires... The beds remain unchanged! - a bathroom with shower and WC The house has wifi, Disney+ channels, board games, books... Linens and towels are included. Guests can enjoy a large shaded garden with swimming pool, petanque court, children's games (swing, slide...), ping-pong table, table football, barbecue and garden furniture. A garage is available to park your vehicle, but also parking spaces. Our house is located just 2 minutes walk from a pretty lake and small forest, perfect for nature walks. Whether you want to relax by the water or explore the trails, this location offers you a beautiful alfresco getaway. Downtown Montauban, with its shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, is only a 10 minute drive. This will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while remaining close to all amenities.
