Overlooking the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait, the Melmerby Beach House is the ideal spot for a Nova Scotia getaway. With a sandy beach on your doorstep, enjoy an early morning swim, walk the three kilometer beach, relax with a book on the wraparound deck and end the day with a cocktail and a brilliant sunset. The space The Beach House has three bedrooms, including a loft bedroom with a half bath and stunning ocean views. But you don’t have to visit the loft to see the ocean. The open concept main level features a living and dining area with a panoramic view of the beach and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a dishwasher. The lower level features two bedrooms, a laundry room and a full bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Other things to note The Beach House can accommodate six visitors, with two double beds and two extra long twin beds. The property is a 20 minute drive from the town of New Glasgow a 30 minute drive from the PEI ferry and a two hour drive from Halifax, within easy reach of numerous golf courses, parks and other attractions. This is a family property and we do insist there be no more than six people staying at the property at one time and no parties.
