Relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoors at this peaceful cabin retreat. East patio offers wonderful sunrise views and the covered front porch on the west offers views of Lawrence and gorgeous Kansas sunsets while overlooking a pond. Open concept living/sleeping areas with separate bathroom/laundry. All beds share a common space. The space Secluded property. No hunting or fishing is allowed, but guests are welcome to walk to the pond. Open concept living/sleeping area with bathroom and laundry in a separate room. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk to the pond, play in the yard. No access to fenced cattle lots and please refrain from climbing on farm equipment. Please only park on the west side of the building by the front door. Other things to note Fourth bed is a queen air mattress available if needed. Linens are provided. The bunk beds are hand made and strong enough to accommodate grown adults. We are happy to accommodate dogs. There is a dog bed inside and an outdoor kennel available for use. Due to cat allergens, we are unable to accommodate cats. It is an operational ranch, so from time to time you may see someone tending to the cattle or maintaining the property. In the summer months the grassland is hayed, so be mindful of the forage equipment in the area.
