The 1400 square feet beachfront luxury condo is located in the Poseidon Building in Manta. The fully equipped kitchen & dining room with floor to ceiling windows allow you to always have a view of the ocean. Please be advised that the property is located within the “Pink Zone” (Entertainment Zone, restaurants, cafes, bars, discotheques etc.) of the city, on weekends and holidays, at times street noisy may be audible until late into the night. The Poseidon offers it’s residents a private beach for your enjoyment. The infinity pool area is gorgeous has a submerged lounge area. Feel like a drink or something to eat while at the pool? No problem, the Poseidon offers a full bar at the pool level & a restaurant located at the pool level. Located on the 8th floor is a condominium only area. This area offers lounge chairs and beds for suntanning. It’s perfect to get away from everything, enjoy & relax with cool breezes and wonderful views. Reception services are available 24/7. Our guest will be able to access all areas designated "Common Areas" including all of the recreational areas of the building. We are neighbours! We reside full time in the same building and available to help your out. The property is located in one of the newly developed areas of Manta yet only 5 minutes by car from the center of the city. A taxicab to the new and modern Mall de Pacifico is only US 2.00. The La Quadra shopping center is within a 3 minute walk of our building. The area is secure, intimate bars and eateries offer original local specialities. City bus service is available but we suggest to use a private transport such as "RapidCar Taxi" or request a taxi at the reception desk. Long time renters, more than one (1) month, are obligated to deep-clean the condominium at least once a month through our experts. The charge for a thourough house cleaning is $30.00 If you require more frequent cleanings, please advise me and I will arrange it for an additional $30.00
