Loben, Casona del Deva

The space LOBEN, Casona del Deva has six rural apartments, opening in the summer of 2024 after the renovation of an old Asturian manor house in the municipality of Panes, Asturias. At the foot of the Cares-Deva River, the property is just a one-minute walk from a river beach and kayaking activities. The complex has common areas such as a garden and a reception with an organ, a touchscreen to discover possible plans in the surrounding area, and a library designed to give books a second life by sharing them with others. Also, we have two electric car chargers available on demand. During your stay There are no staff at reception and check-in is done online. Once completed, guests receive the access codes for the common areas and the apartments. However, they may receive assistance from us if they need it.
